Coverage, eligibility requirements, and exclusions Phlipped Money Back Guarantee applies when:
The buyer doesn't receive an item
The item received by the buyer doesn't match the listing, for example:
The seller sent the wrong item, or
The item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty
The seller doesn't fulfill their return policy as stated in the listing
As a buyer, for your transaction to be eligible for Phlipped Money Back Guarantee:
You must complete and pay for your purchase on Phlipped.com using an eligible payment method at checkout.
You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;
The item may not be an excluded item or subject to any additional exclusions; and
You may not seek resolution for the same issue by another resolution method
As a seller, for transactions where Phlipped Money Back Guarantee applies:
You are responsible for delivering the item that was described in the listing, honoring your stated return policy, and providing a resolution when a buyer reports a problem with an order.
If the purchase was completed on Phlipped.com, you must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames, even if the item was listed on a different Phlipped site

It's easy. Buyers create a listing asking if "You Got One" of the items they are looking to purchase. If you have it, click the "I Got One" link and upload pictures, including complete details of your item along with your return policy. Your offering will be sent to the buyer and they will have exclusive and private access to your offering for one week. If the buyer declines your offer or has not purchased it within one week, the item will then be available for the entire Phlipped community to purchase.

We charge a 12% transaction fee on the total purchase.

Phlipped, reserves the right to not approve a listing we feel does not meet the sites quality listing guidelines. Phlipped is not an auction site or a platform that allows you to sell an item that has not been requested by buyers. Here are just a few of the things you can sell on Phlipped. When you have offered an item for sale, the Phlipped team will send you an email that allows you to do a one-time seller setup registration with our Buyer/Seller Gateway partner, Stripe. Once the account is approved, you will then be able to sell on Phlipped. When the buyer has completed the transaction and the item is shipped and then received by the buyer, the funds are released to your Stripe account within (3) three days of delivery if there aren't any issues with the shipped item. If there are issues, we will work the both parties to come to a resolution.

It is the responsibility of the Seller to clearly detail the shipping policy in the offer to the buyer. Phlipped does not offer any services related to shipping of items bought and sold on the site.
